Portland Agenda

 

This is the start of the third week. I plan to hit up Portland at this time.I intend to spend a day or two at the beach, possibly a week or two in fact, then on week 3, I will begin to do so real estate stuff in portland. Plans within plans. I will have plenty to do here.I will be doing nature node Venue scouting and Real Estate Stuff I can do google map search for prospective places.

 

• Prospective Flip and Flips - Why not browse craigslist and other places while chilling on the beach, or possibly even market at the local level with bandit signs and/or driving for dollars.
• Wholesalers - Crucial partners, begin here.
• Investors - Connect with any cool people through biggerpockets, possibly REIA events.
• Agents for REO's - Simle trulia search, get an agent to let me inside the house.
• HML Financing - Find local financers, get local market information and any leads concercing the covid situation as to any projected prognosis, which there are sure to be several, but perhaps one or two solid possibilites to consider.
